Quantity Surveyor: Tendering, Costing & Procurement

S-TEAM SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support tender preparation, cost control, and procurement for renovation projects. You will prepare quantity takeoffs, analyze costs, source subcontractors and manage variations and cost claims.

The role requires a Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work under deadlines within a dynamic team.
