Quantity Surveyor

We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplined medium-sized company based in Hertfordshire, who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is a proud family run business who work throughout the public and private sectors to deliver a variety of projects including one-off projects to multi-million-pound frameworks.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £50,000 – £60,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working on social housing reinvestment works with a mixture of internals/externals and FRA works
• Measuring progress, submit valuations, submit final accounts and retention release and monitor receipt of payment in a timely manner
