We are seeking an experienced, strategic and people-focused Quarry Manager to lead our Narangba Quarry.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have full accountability for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the site. You will oversee all aspects of quarry performance including production planning, drill and blast activities, processing, fixed plant performance, cost management, regulatory compliance, customer service and P&L performance.

Leading a high-performing team, you will drive a strong safety culture, operational excellence and continuous improvement while building meaningful relationships with employees, customers, regulators, stakeholders and the local community.
