Rail Operations Lead - Strategy, Tech & Safety

SBS Transit Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive development of rail operations concepts and plans, and to implement strategies that boost efficiency, safety and productivity.

You will develop competency roadmaps, work with HR and training bodies, support tenders and mobilizations, and collaborate with maintenance, safety, OEMs, regulators to adopt best practices. This role requires cross-functional leadership and stakeholder coordination.
