About the Role

Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to job sites, homeowners and industry clients. This customer‑facing role requires a service‑oriented mindset and a highly professional approach.

What You'll Accomplish

Maintain equipment daily through pre‑ and post‑trip inspections; keep equipment clean inside and out.

Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers in assigned geography; own their satisfaction.

Deliver consistent and reliable customer service; ensure a positive, hassle‑free delivery experience.

Maintain strong working relationships with logistics and operations teams as well as fellow operators.

Training

Amrize Ready Mix Training Program provided. Able to operate electronic devices such as tablets and GPS. Demonstrate commitment to communication, improvement, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies. Promote a culture ...
