Position Overview
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rebar Floor Supervisor to join our team for the 1st Shift in our rebar fabrication department. This position oversees daily shop operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the rebar shop floor team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Monitor production schedules and quality standards to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct daily inspections of equipment and materials, addressing any safety or quality concerns immediately.
Collaborate with internal departments including dispatch, sales, and inventory to streamline operations and minimize delays.
Prepare and deliver reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
