Position Overview

A Receptionist & Office Administrator

To further support our expanding operations in Pakistan, we are currently recruiting a Receptionist & Office Administrator. Working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment, you will handle complex administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and provide reliable support to the business unit in line with company policies and local requirements.

You will report to the Country Manager for Taste & Wellbeing Pakistan and be based in our Karachi office. This is an open contract role working 5 days a week. Your monthly payroll will be processed by a 3rd party partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration — Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including filing, scheduling, meeting room bookings, mail handling and general administrative support.
