Position Overview
Summary of the Role
As a Receptionist, you will perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and potentially confidential nature. You will communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation and support the operations of the department and organisation as a whole. This position is for an 8‑month limited contract for maternity coverage. It is based in Dubai and reports to the Admin Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Communicate instructions or information to various individuals and/or departments and obtain information from other stakeholders.
- Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, and visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information to save the supervisor's time.
- Schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
