THE ROLE

Imagine the excitement and ability to show off your incredible skills in a deployed environment (overseas) for six months delivering exercise and reconditioning services to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations from across the world. As a deployed Reconditioning Specialist team member, you are not just delivering these critical services, but enhancing the overall morale and welfare of all the troops deployed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exercise and reconditioning services to CAF members and partner nations.
• Lead and design reconditioning programs for members with medical conditions, improving functional abilities related to limitations.
• Provide training and professional development to the local team and assist in overall program management.
