What to expect
Coordinating and managing large scale recordal projects on a worldwide basis, primarily relating to Assignment, Merger, Change of Name and Change of Address recordals, and often involving more than one recordal step and/or multiple parties Attending to recordal of Assignments, Mergers, Changes of Name and Changes of Address at the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO Liaising with local counsel all over the world to coordinate recordal projects and ensure correct requirements are met Collating and checking required documentation, drafting documents for signature by c...
