Position Overview

Location: Hermosillo, Sonora | On-site

Salary
  • Gross monthly salary: MXN $20,000
  • Net monthly salary: MXN $17,068
  • Quarterly performance bonus
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • Two 15-minute breaks
  • 2 days off
What you’ll do
  • Manage accounts 360+ days past due.
  • Review payment history and account activity.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Document account activity and escalations.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years in collections or Accounts Receivable.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Excel proficiency with filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
