Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Information, Tickets, & Tours on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities Routine work is performed under the the direction of Lead Recreation Assistant and/or Information Ticket and Travel Manager in the Kadena ITT's local and international recreational tour operations ticket programs. Types of duties include but are not limited to the following: Receives and confirms reservations for on and off-island tours by mail, phone, email and personal contact; sells and logs in a variety of discount tickets; accepts tour payments in person by receiving cash, checks or charge; notifies participants of schedule changes, tour briefings, etc.; post announcements of scheduled activities and answers inquiries about on-island and off island attractions, transportation, and travel locations.
