Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Kadena Marina on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of Marina facilities. Assists customers by providing information and services offered. Policies and procedures for use of facilities and assisting with resale and rental operations. Takes reservations and accepts payment for services. Assists customers with resale merchandise. Determines customer needs, describes features and benefits of various makes/models of equipment, checks proper fit, etc. Places special orders, rings up sales, and processes payments. Assists customers with rental equipment in accordance with established safety standards and regulations. Checks condition of equipment upon return.
