Location

On-site | Bogotá, Colombia (Remote work available after successfully completing the training period and demonstrating strong performance.)

Salary

3.500.000 COP

Schedule

Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus; recruiters from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with candidate sourcing, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
