As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you bring an expert sourcing mindset to every search. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume craft and salaried roles, proactively building talent pipelines ahead of demand and uncovering high potential talent others overlook.

Operating in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment, you will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and targeted outreach to build deep, qualified talent pools for critical roles.

Through strong relationship-building and a consultative approach, you will partner closely with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities, role requirements, and talent needs, delivering insights on market conditions.
