Job Opportunity: Recruiter (Medellín)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions based in the USA.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to meet recruitment goals.

Requirements

• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in recruiting for USA-based companies.
• Experience in recruiting for telecommunications, fiber optics, or internet industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
