In this role you will shape Harvey’s recruiting infrastructure to enable a seamless, data-informed hiring process at a fast-scaling AI company. You’ll own the recruiting tech stack, drive process improvements, and introduce AI-enabled automation to reduce friction and accelerate hiring. You’ll partner with Analytics, Finance, and IT to translate data into actionable recruiting decisions and scale global operations. This is a rare chance to build foundational systems at a rapidly growing leader in AI-enabled professional services.
