Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead to help direct our Bogota recruitment team.

In this role, you will spearhead high-level strategic hiring initiatives across all levels, ensuring our recruitment practices closely align with the company's objectives.

  Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Recruitment Specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture through regular 1:1 coaching, skill-development sessions, and continuous feedback.

Partner with the Recruitment Manager to drive departmental strategy, optimizing workflows to meet complex organizational objectives while maintaining peak team engagement.
