Recruitment Outbound Caller

The Outbound Caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the different marketing medias and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the company’s culture and open vacancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Advanced English (must)
• Call center experience (desirable)
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (desirable)
• Microsoft Office applications

Job Activities

• Serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates
• Perform prescreening to review schedule availability, salary expectations and overall candidate eligibility
• Execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the value of our brand
• Maintain constant engagement with the candidates by following up through email, WhatsApp and outbound calls ...
