Salary £35,041 plus annual team bonus and pay award pending

We’re looking for a hands‑on Recruitment Sales Team Leader who can drive business development, grow client relationships, and develop a team of three consultants. You will lead from the front, open new doors, and coach your team to deliver exceptional results.

The role

• Driving new business through proactive outreach, client meetings, and sales planning
• Leading a team of three consultants, coaching, motivating, and developing their performance
• Working your own desk while setting the standard for activity and quality
• Growing key accounts and ensuring exceptional client service
• Setting and managing KPIs to ensure consistent performance
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and market development
