Position Overview

SALES RECRUITER 
Job Summary:
To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement;
To monitor and update seller’s database; and
To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
With at least 1 year of work experience in recruitment and selection, real estate industry is a plus
Excellent Interviewing skills
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge in different sourcing techniques and channels
