Position Overview

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Understanding of internal organizational structure and HR systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (Maternity Leave coverage)


Job Description :

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes and scheduling psychological tests to conducting candidate interviews and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Conduct job evaluations.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors (including project-based tasks) in the best interests of the company.
