Hauptaufgaben

•Executive Transportation Representation: Exercises full authority as the primary U.S. Forces transportation representative to negotiate special military tariffs, conventions, and commercial agreements for passenger and freight surface transport across the entire EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
•Multilateral & Host-Nation Negotiations: Directly engages with Host-Nation governmental agencies, Ministries of Transport, and the Federal Ministry of Finance to secure exceptions to local transportation laws and modify customs clearance procedures under the NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA).
