DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Regulated Behaviour Analyst (RBA) is an integral member of the inter-professional healthcare team, providing compassionate and evidence-based behaviour analytic assessment and treatment to patients in both individual and group formats. The RBA is responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of behaviour analytic treatment programs for patients, with support from the Behavioural Science Technologists (BST). The RBA is responsible for clinical supervision of the behaviour analytic work of the BSTs.
