Role Overview:


The Regional Accounting Service Hub Head is responsible for leading and managing centralized accounting operations across multiple locations within the region. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, process standardization, and continuous improvement within the accounting service hub.


Key ​Activities​:

  • Build the service organization in the respective region within the next two years​

  • Establish and coordinate Accounting Service Hub expert services for regional legal entities​

  • Ensure the continuous delivery ability of the organization during the build and go-live phase​

  • Give guidance and a positive example for all employees within the service organization and promote the service centre at the retained organization​
