Position Overview

As the Regional Inbound Supply Manager for South America, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a new global function within Empresa confidencial's Supply Chain. You will manage and develop the inbound supply team, optimizing supply chain processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in deliveries. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping how we engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet and exceed customer expectations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Regional Inbound Supply team, ensuring the right organizational structure, competencies, and resources to support internal and external customer needs.
• Drive the change
