Regional It Infrastructure & Service Delivery (Bilbao)

Role Overview

MG Motor is seeking the Regional IT Service Delivery Manager, responsible for supporting and maintaining the regional IT infrastructure and workplace environment across Europe, ensuring reliable IT services for business operations and end users.

This role works closely with regional business teams, integral IT functions and external service providers to manage infrastructure operations, end‑user services, cloud resources, local IT vendors and telecommunications services across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional IT infrastructure, workplace services across Europe.
• Manage and maintain IT assets including networks, servers, cloud resources, office IT facilities and end‑user devices to ensure stable and secure operation.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for internet connectivity, telecommunications, hardware support, office IT setup and other infrastructure‑related services.
