Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico, to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Midea's North LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Continuously improve system performance within the region.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure efficient delivery and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in TMS/WMS systems.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
