Regional Onsite Network & Security Engineer

NTT DATA Malaysia is seeking an Onshore Regional – Network, security, Telecommunications Engineer based in Miri to provide advanced technical support for enterprise clients. The role focuses on onsite operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wireless, IP Telephony, Audio Visual systems, Firewalls, and Building Security Systems.

The candidate will collaborate with Level 3 teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure high availability and service quality in line with SLAs.
