Regional Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Regional Operations Specialist to support the logistics backbone of one of our largest clients. Think of this role as the Air Traffic Controller for our drivers—you ensure they have the right information, the right paperwork, and the support they need to succeed.

Location: This position requires the first 2 months to be fully on-site during weekdays and work from home on weekends at our Medellín office for training and integration. Afterward, you will transition to a fully work-from-home setup.
