Regional retail operations leader for growth

Wheco Group in South Africa is looking for an experienced Sales and Retail Operations Manager to lead and support the performance of approximately 8–10 retail stores in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and coach Store Managers to achieve brand standards and profitability.

With over 5 years of experience in multi-site retail leadership, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, mentoring teams and implementing effective strategies for success.
