Position Overview
Under the supervision of the National Sales Director, the
Regional Sales Director
is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies within the dealership sector in the designated region. They are responsible for leading and mentoring a regional sales team and representing their line of business across the broader organization as a senior leader.
Responsibilities
Define overall profitable market share objectives for the short- andmedium-term;
Define and implement a regional strategic plan;
Direct sales activities for the independent sector;
Work in concert with the National Sales Director to ensure achievement of the company's business objectives;
Ensure the strategic management of his sales team;
