Duties & Responsibilities

Multi-Store Sales & Revenue Growth :-

• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets across assigned store locations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue
• Monitor store footfall trends, working with the marketing team to drive in-store traffic
• Regularly analyze Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT) to improve customer spending

Store Operations & Visual Merchandisin :-

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and retail compliance
• Oversee store hygiene, display arrangements, and visual merchandising standards to enhance customer appeal
