As a full‑time Regional Sales Manager in the Sales Department at Aalberts, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales. The Regional Sales Manager will actively establish the strategic direction for Wholesale Distribution and Contractor Partners in an effort to gain market share. This role will create annual strategic business plans, develop regional project tracking logs, and build strong relationships with engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors. The role will manage the business for long‑term year‑over‑year growth.
