Position Overview
Regional Service Coordinator Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly work order schedules for Field Service Technicians across assigned regions Create, assign, and update service jobs in Jobber, ensuring accuracy in customer information, equipment details, and technician assignments Build and manage the preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to ensure all recurring service agreements are fulfilled on time Monitor technician capacity, travel time, and route efficiency to maximize daily productivity Handle urgent or emergency service requests and adjust schedules accordingly Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, confirming appointments, providing ETAs, and following up after service visits Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues as needed Maintain accurate customer records in Jobber Support parts and inventory ordering, work order docum...
