Regional Technical & Training Manager

Overview

The Regional Technical & Training Manager will be responsible for conducting technical assessments-inspections and preparing both field technical reports and inspection reports & liaising with both customers dealers and respective departments. The primary role is to carry out a wide range of inspections on vehicles of all types. To manage and oversee the technical service department to ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. To develop and implement strategies for improving the technical service department’s overall performance. He will act as the primary liaison between the dealership and manufacturers to address technical issues, support warranty claims, and implement long‑term solutions or preventive measures.
