Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful planning, execution and improvement of all training activities as per regional requirements.
• Observe training sessions facilitated by Training Facilitators to verify prescribed methodology, gauge efficacy, and report findings.
• Utilise a variety of training techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to maximise effectiveness of training programmes in the region.
• Coach, guide and monitor all training team members based on observation outcomes to ensure highest quality of instruction.
• Analyse quality‑measurement tools to provide targeted coaching for facilitators.
