Registered Nurse – Nursing

Shift: 12 HR Nights 19:00-07:00

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse
• Current certification in CPR
• NRP and PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Preferred: At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in the area of application

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Supervise and evaluate the nursing care provided to patients.
• Collaborate with the medical team to correlate the nursing process with the medical plan of care.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and protocols.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
