Regulation & Gov Affairs Associate/consultant (Oviedo)

What you will do

Under the guidance of the Head of the Department and in close collaboration with other members of the unit:

• Policy:
  • Support the definition of external positioning on policy and regulatory affairs
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of the impact of policy and regulatory updates
  • Prepare responses to public consultations
  • Actively support the engagement efforts related with the participation in external organizations and initiatives (industry groups, associations, etc.)
• Regulatory compliance:
  • Stay abreast of changes in regulatory frameworks and guidelines of the energy sector, particularly those related to hydrogen projects, in Portugal, Spain, and the European Union
  • Provide insights on how regulatory changes may impact ongoing and future projects
• Public funding management:
  • Search for funding opportunities
