Position Overview
We’re looking for Relationship Managers to nurture brokerage partnerships, drive agency sales, and elevate our brand in luxury real estate. Backed by decades of trusted UAE market presence, we at ARY & MAZ Developments are redefining boutique development in Dubai.
What We’re Looking For:- Positive attitude, ambitious, driven, and disciplined high-performers
- Strong network of brokers & investors
- Proven sales closing skills & lead generation abilities
- Social media savvy
- Languages: English required; Russian, Farsi, Hindi or Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum 3 years real estate developer or brokerage experience or luxury sectors (private aviation, hospitality, wealth management, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Attractive salary + uncapped earnings (AED 50K+)
