Position Overview
**1. Maintenance & Reliability**
+ Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
+ Drive plant reliability by identifying and eliminating chronic equipment failures and improving asset performance
+ Monitor equipment condition through inspections and reliability techniques
+ Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained
+ Ensure execution of maintenance plans with strict adherence to quality, safety and timelines
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S TPM)
+ Maintain equipment history and performance records
+ Design, evaluate, and improve mechanical components, systems, and processes
+ Conduct performance testing, analysis, and optimization of equipment
+ Use CAD tools and engineering software for design and modifications
+ Provide technical advice and engineering support to operations
