Remote Career Coach for Data & AI Learners

Correlation One seeks a Career Success Coach (CSC) to support learners in data training and job programs. You will work with Teaching Assistants and operations staff to provide professional development coaching for a cohort of approximately 60 learners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in career development or coaching, strong English/Spanish communication, and experience delivering remote coaching. The role starts before the program and ends with the program completion.
