Red Global is seeking a D365 Unified Service Desk Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This 100% remote position is part of a multi-year project and the ideal candidate will work on advanced customizations and integrations within the agent desktop platform.
The role requires a capacity of 5 days a week and offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of critical components in Dynamics365.
