Remote Frontline Support Engineer – MES Specialist

Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Front Line Support Engineer to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and maintain a knowledge base to help ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of technical support experience, preferably with MES software, and excellent communication skills. This position may require some travel for customer onsite visits.
