Remote HR & Talent Acquisition Leader — Construction

Eclipsyum is searching for an experienced HR Manager / Talent Acquisition & People Operations Lead to oversee all human resources functions. This leadership role involves full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations in a remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A pay rate of $8 USD per hour is offered, along with expected full-time hours.
