Remote Localization QA Lead: Quality Strategy & AI

Pampa Talents is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead linguistic quality across translation, localization, transcreation, MTPE, and multilingual content. You will drive quality governance, MQM-based evaluations, and continuous improvement, partnering with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong localization experience, AI-enabled translation knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. This is a fully remote, full-time position supporting global clients and languages.
