Remote Network Operations Analyst - 2nd Shift LATAM

Archie Labs is seeking a Network Operations Analyst (L2) based in Latin America. This remote role involves initial triage, troubleshooting, and the implementation of standard changes using runbooks, as well as escalating complex issues to L3.

The analyst will monitor dashboards for alerts like latency and packet loss, and ensure optimal performance of data center and video services while executing scheduled changes during maintenance windows. A strong understanding of network operations and proficiency in tools like Infoblox and Cisco are required.
