Remote Residential Estimator & Pre-construction Coordinator

CB Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Estimator / Pre-construction Coordinator to assist with estimating and project preparation in the residential construction sector. You will review construction plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare essential documentation for permit applications.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of residential building methods, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with relevant software like AutoCAD and CoConstruct. This position offers flexibility to work remotely with a salary between $10 - $15 per hour.
