Remote Talent Acquisition Associate — End-to-End Recruiter

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring. You will evaluate candidate profiles, run outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email, and conduct thorough interviews to assess fit and potential.

Based remotely, you will build strong relationships with candidates across diverse backgrounds and maintain meticulous documentation in our ATS. Strong English and four-plus years of experience are required.
