Sophilabs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support the talent team remotely. You will lead a team and ensure a commitment to quality and reliability standards while mentoring operators through their career development.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and possesses exceptional communication and time management skills. A background in HR and knowledge of compensation negotiation is essential.

This full-time role allows for a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
